Through the visual feature, all cards are presented in chronological order of verification, placing at the beginning of the list the ones that has been around for more time without checking. The life bar highlights the checking time for each vehicle, in the upper bar all vehicles of the unit are organized.

The deadline of the measurements is selected by the client, according to the reality of the unit served. It is recommended not to spend more than 7 days between one measurement and another.
Collection of pressure data and depth of tires, expressed in diagrams containing the number and photo of each tire, thus enabling the physical and digital confirmation of the applied asset. After checking each tire, you may collect the mileage.
Collection of 3 or 4 grooves, for tires with odd or even cavities, respectively.
The pressure is collected by means of a hose and a two-point nozzle that is connected to the equipment. The ideal is the use of valve extenders in the inner tires.
All data are analyzed, allowing any problems in the calibration or depth of the tire grooves or incompatibilities with the standards established by the company to be checked.
Through Management of Tires, work orders will be opened when it is found that the tires are below the set calibration level, even though it is around 5% up or down.
Service orders will open when the tire pressure is lagged at around 25%. The S.O will signal the maintenance area to perform a more detailed check on each part of the tire, in order to find the motivator of this pressure loss.
When tires show significant difference between uneven grooves or wear and tear, the service order for the maintenance area will open. Analysis will be done between the differences, looking for grooves below the stipulated limits.
CALIBRATION / INSPECTION
The measurement and gauging process shall be reviewed after any correction has been made. One should do this to ensure that the tires are in ideal running condition.
The “Praxio Aferi Fácil” (Easy Measure Praxio) integrated into the customer stock system will allow any movement for analysis, descant or rolling to take place.
When a tire is moved from analysis, or has been retreaded, it is suggested that the information on the band be inserted, and thus, moved to the stock, or if it will be disposed, that the tire is photographed prior to disposal.
Tires applied to a vehicle can be moved to all destinations, such as stock, analysis and disposal.
Tires that have been rejected by the retreading or blown out will go to the disposal area.
The Management of Tires comes with a kit that includes gauging equipment with hose for pressure calibration, probe for millimeter measurement of grooves and android smartphone with case, bracelet and all its accessories.
